The staff was nice and excellent.

Everything was perfect, me and my friend really enjoyed the stay. Had quite comfortable stay for on extra night and received ironing for free, a nice bonus.

No complaints whatsoever, would stay here again, really enjoyed my stay. The place is very close to So close to the city walls;))

Everything was fantastic, I loved brand-new rooms. It was located in a brilliant area close enough to over the road from a supermarket, everything-very clean and Chester city walls, Chester boat, Chester cathedral, and Eastgate clock,.

The staff here were fantastic and responded promptly to all inquiries.

I stayed once before and would be happy to recommend it. I was surprised by well laid out and high-class rooms with netflix etc & tv in the bedroom too. Staff was excellent and responsive. During the stay everything was excellent and I got ironing as a compliment.

It was located in a brilliant area right in the centre. The employees were excellent and nice during the stay. Windows were facing city.

Perfect and comfortable location for the town close enough to centre of town, shopping & xmas markets, the canal and over the road from a supermarket. Nice surrounding, set close to shops and bars. Warm welcome from owner. Modern facilities, such as central heating, iron/ironing board and television. Lovely bathroom and kitchen.

We got great value for our money with the modern and futuristic room at Royal House Luxury Apartments. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the train station and right in the heart of town. The staff were caring, responsive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Great location, within walking distance of attractions and restaurants. Excellent Wi-Fi and access to Netflix provided. Comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.

Poor heating, had to leave a day early. Draft proofing around the door was inadequate.

Convenient location, found easily and clean. Close to city center and 10-minute drive from zoo. Daily communication from owner. Highly recommended for a perfect stay.

We stayed for 2 nights at this apartment, and it was great. The host was always available and the location was fantastic, just 1 km from the Rows.
